Neela Bhatia

Neela is Partner and Founder of Search And Inspire.

A Management Graduate in Finance from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (Mumbai), Neela has over 32 years of experience in various fields including Software Services, Investment Banking, Treasury, and Executive Search. An excellent perspective of a wide range of businesses, and strong experience in the areas of software services, banking, financial services, and overall business management gives Neela an edge in Executive Search. Neela focuses on senior level searches across many industries.

Prior to founding Search And Inspire, Neela has worked in Executive Search at a leading executive search firm in India and successfully completed assignments in Investment Banking, Broking, Private Equity, Wealth Management and Banking.

At Search And Inspire, Neela has successfully completed searches in the area of Banking and Finance, Broking, Institutional Equities, Real Estate, and Private Equity. Search And Inspire works for domestic and international companies and assists them in their hiring needs. They have closed many mandates at senior levels in Banking, Real Estate, PE and with leading broking houses for their Institutional Equities business.
